While you don’t need to show us a license to order a server plan from us, we recommend you register your stream/radio with the appropriate organization in your country and/or streaming locations to secure the correct license, especially if you plan to stream copyrighted media.
Each country has different laws governing broadcasting/streaming online. You will have to check your country’s regulations to ensure you remain compliant. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate license before you begin broadcasting.
Look at services like; Soundexchange, BMI, Socan. Or look up the authorized royalty/licensing provider in your country and broadcast region.
